Jobco Supply Inc. is committed to provide fast, quality service. The return policies apply as long as the stock items are returned to Jobco (in the original manufacturer's packaging) within 30 days from the shipping date. If it is acceptable by the product manufacturer, and you ordered the wrong stock part number and have not taken the product out of the package or used it, then we will gladly refund the product cost minus any applicable restocking fees. If Jobco Supply Inc. made a mistake (shipped the wrong item) or there was a warranty issue, then we will replace the product and provide free shipping to the customer. PLEASE NOTE: All product warranty/manufacturing defect returns are deemed acceptable or unacceptable based on the discretion and final judgement of the product manufacturer (i.e. PowerBlanket Inc., Osram Sylvania, Chromalox, Tempco, Marathon, etc.).
Orders returned for stock part numbers (not related to a manufacturing defect) do not receive shipping reimbursements and are charged a manufacturer's restocking fee (with a minimum charge of $10.00) to cover warehouse handling. The manufacturer determines the re-stocking fee--not Jobco Incorporated. These "change your mind" returns are decided on a case by case basis, and are subject to the manufacturer's policy. If the product had no inventory when you ordered it, then the manufacturer made it for you, so they will not accept a non-defective return for the product. "Change your mind" returns will not be refunded or credited for custom products that were not in stock at the time of the order.
Please call to receive a return authorization number and the correct Jobco Supply Inc. address for sending the return. Please allow time for shipping, inspection, and up to five additional business days to process your refund. Jobco Supply Inc. cannot assume financial responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments/parts, or damage/lost parts not identified prior to shipping the returned product to us.
Requests for shipping reimbursement due to missed appointments by freight companies or concealed damage due to freight negligence are subject to the reimbursement policies and restrictions of the individual freight companies--not Jobco Supply Inc.
Certain products are made to order by the manufacturer and may not be eligible for returns, credits, expedited shipping or other Jobco Supply Inc. policies. These items may have extended lead times and cannot be canceled after placing your purchase due to the custom nature of certain products. Please call 1-479-424-1300 to inquire about the return policies for the specific item(s) being purchased.
Excluding backordered items, all orders in stock received by 1:00pm Central should be processed the same business day. Orders received after 1:00pm Central will either be processed the same day or next day. Depending on which method of shipment you choose, you should receive your order within one to seven business days after we send it out. When requesting expedited orders received after 1:00pm Central may be shipped out the following business day. Shipping times posted are in business days.
Our shipping charges may be based on the size and weight of the items ordered and the method of shipping you choose. We have made every attempt to maintain low shipping costs, so you can enjoy the lowest possible price. All orders are subject to verification. We apologize, but we do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges for orders shipped outside the continental United States are quoted with our carrier, may be higher than what is listed on our website, and must be approved before shipping
Items are processed 5-days a week. Orders shipping via standard delivery ship out at the same time as guaranteed expedited shipments, but do not have a guaranteed delivery time and may take longer than transit times posted.
Jobco Supply Inc. requires the customer to refuse delivery for damage upon receipt if a received item is not suitable, or possibly not suitable, for use. Failure to sign a delivery receipt as damaged and/or with missing parts removes Jobco Supply Inc. and the delivering carrier from any liability. Jobco Supply's return policy is to guarantee replacement parts, whenever a damaged shipment is reported to the freight company at the time of delivery, and as long as the replacement parts satisfy the problem as a result of freight damage.
Unfortunately, sometimes packages arrive with damaged, defective, or missing parts. At Jobco Supply Inc. we guarantee you will receive all parts—correct and functioning properly. If your item was sent via freight truck and it was signed and accepted, then the order is subject to the return policies and restrictions of the freight company. In this case, the item may be eligible for replacement as long as it has NOT been opened or used/installed. If it is unopened and there is damage, part error, or loss in this situation, replacement parts will be issued.
If an order is refused at the time of delivery due to damage, Jobco Supply Inc. will automatically resend a replacement part out as soon as the damaged item is received by Jobco Supply Inc. If necessary, the re-shipment order must be canceled with Jobco Supply Inc. by contacting a customer service representative.
We want to make sure you have total control of your order. As long as an order has not been processed your order may be canceled; no questions asked. Orders cannot be canceled by email, by message, or after they have been finished (i.e. have a tracking number) and are not considered valid until a cancellation number is given. Many orders ship same day and often times within minutes of placing your order. Please be certain about your order as often times it is impossible to stop a shipment that already has a tracking number placed on it. Non-stock item orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances due to the manufacturers's cancellation policies.
Occasionally, items may be backordered by the manufacturer. Jobco Supply Inc. will make every effort to either display the backorder date on the site or email you backorder information. Backorder dates may change without notice; backorders may ship out before a backorder date is provided. It is your responsibility to cancel any backordered item as it will process and ship when in stock otherwise. If a backordered item ships, regardless of the date, and has not been canceled, you must follow our return policy stated above to return an item.
Jobco Supply Inc. does not warranty any of the products it sells. All warranties are provided by the manufacturer. Warranty claims are subject to, and must be made pursuant to, the terms, conditions, limitations and procedures specified by the manufacturer. Unless otherwise specified in the manufacturer's warranty, product warranties time period's commerce when the product is shipped by Jobco Supply Inc. Product warranty periods are 30-days, unless noted differently within the product description of Jobco Supply Inc. or warranty information furnished by the manufacturer. Warranty claims made after 30 days from date of shipment, but within the applicable warranty period, may be exclusive of, and therefore required to pay, shipping costs for replacement products or parts. Claims not covered by warranty are subject to, and therefore required to pay, the costs of replacement products/parts and shipping. Further, some warranty claims require digital pictures or parts return as authorization for shipment. Jobco Supply Inc. does not make, and it expressly disclaims, any warranty concerning the products it sells, whether express or implied, specifically including, without limitation, in such disclaimer the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Orders at Jobco Supply Inc. are not adjusted to reflect sales discounts that may happen at a future date. Jobco Supply Inc. makes no claims as to when sales on particular items will run and at what duration these sales will last.
